The practice of Pranayama, ancient yogic breathing techniques, has been used for centuries in the Yoga culture to access, connect to, and harmonize with this powerful energy. Pranayama is one of the keys to good health, longevity, and mental clarity. By utilizing the capacity of our Prana, we can help to promote deep healing on a mental, emotional, and physical level.
This special workshop will provide you with a clear understanding of the practice of Pranayama and how it can relate to and improve your life. Beginners will benefit from a solid introduction while experienced practitioners will receive new tools to enhance their current practice.
