We are vibrational beings. Quantum physics tells us that everything in the Universe is energy, vibrating at different frequencies. Sound healing uses the vibration of instruments with healing frequencies to re-tune body and mind, encourage relaxation, and stimulate the imagination to go on an inward journey. This transformative, deeply meditative 90-minute experience of sound and music opens with breath work and sound to set up body and mind for relaxation. Jessica then guides you into supported restorative poses, which allow you to melt into the soothing waves of vibration.
For December’s Sonic Saturday, Jessica invites special guest Gong Master Robert Hall, a multi-faceted artist and healer who works in a wide range of modern and ancient modalities. His current work incorporates the inherent vibrational frequencies of sound and matter, including herbs and essential oils, to promote homeostasis for the body, mind and spirit. He received his Gong Master certification from Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux, is a Certified Aromatherapist (WOTE), Harmonyum Healing Pracitioner (I, II, III), NAAM Yoga Therapies Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner (SMI), Herbalist (RH), Tantric Numerologist and an award-winning film director.
December’s soundscape will include Himalayan and crystal bowls, tuning forks, shrutti box, ethereal vocals, chimes and of course, an extended gong bath.
