Costa Dulce Retreat Center is nestled on a semi private beach just 25 minutes outside of San Jaun Del Sur in Nicaragua. It is an ideal location for our Soul Centered Yoga retreat ensuring a relaxing and meditative environment as we connect with nature and take part in practices that help us envision and activate the next phase of our life and work in the world.
With the Native American Medicine Wheel and the Indian Chakra System as our road map, we will integrate sacred practices, supportive community and bountiful nature to receive a deeper understanding of our life’s work and human-spiritual potential.
You will emerge from this experience with greater clarity around the direction in your life and the actions you must take in order to forward. This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect and nourish your souls calling.

Anticipate a more vigorous practice in the morning to awaken the day and retrieve the energy of the sun. Our evenings will be a combination of yoga asana and other techniques to take us deeper into our visions.

Program Overview
Day 1: The Root
You arrive with your intention and we bless your journey with a sacred fire intention setting ceremony.
Day 2: Sacral and Solar
We uncover the peace that is needed within to mobilize our energy forward.
Day 3: The Heart
We expand our vision into the highest possibility.
Day 4: The Throat and Third Eye
Dreams and Time Management.
Day 5: The Crown
Assessing our impact on humanity. Connecting with spirit. Closing Fire Ceremony!
Day 6: The Rainbow
Closing morning yoga practice, kirtan and sanga, swimming one last time in the ocean, eating brunch then peacefully parting ways.
This retreat ends on a Thursday giving you the option to spend a few days traveling in Nicaragua before heading back to work on Monday!
Not Included in Cost of Retreat
Flights
Fly into Managua (MGA) Nicaragua.
Tickets are usually $500 – $550 depending on time and airline.
It takes about 2 hours to drive from the airport to the retreat center.
Airport transport is not included but we can have the center book a car for you. Its about 80$ so aligning your flight times is a fair bet to cut down on cost.

Once we have your deposit we will connect you via email with the other retreaters so that you can try and align arrival times.
We would prefer to begin the retreat as early as possible on Friday the 14th. We will take into account your arrival times so that we can all begin together.
If you would like to arrive at the center the day before we can arrange for that as well given there is availability. There are also plenty of hotels in San Jaun Del Sur if you would want to explore that option on your own.
PAYMENT
Rooms are booked on a first come first serve basis.
There is a non refundable deposit for all rooms. We accept Payment Plans of three installments including the deposit and to be completed 30 days prior to the retreat. IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT START DATE YOUR MONEY IS NON REFUNDABLE.
