Bridgette Shea has been practicing and studying conscious breathing for 20 years, and wrote her Master’s thesis on the power of natural, healthy breathing. Bridgette owns Ageless Acupuncture in Saratoga Springs, NY, which houses the area’s first Chinese herbal pharmacy. In addition to practicing Chinese medicine, she is an Ayurveda practitioner and teaches classes in energy medicine. Bridgette is currently working on a book while enjoying time with her beautiful baby daughter.
