Calling FALL Yogis…

Let’s take your OM away from your home and into the woods of New Hampshire’s lakes region!  We will be staying in Meredith, NH on beautiful Lake Waukewan amidst the gorgeous fall season of New England.

We will begin our day with the cool autumn air in our lungs on a fall run (optional) followed by a mat practice and then breakfast as a group.  There will be plenty of free time to explore the area on your own, read, write, walk in nature & much more!  In the early evening there will be a second optional yoga practice followed again by dinner as a group.  The latter part of the evenings will be open for you to socialize with the group or do your “OM” thing!

This retreat is your registration to carve out YOU time before the holiday whirlwind!  You can plan to relax, participate in a hike through the gorgeous foliage of the fall season, enjoy as little or as much exercise as your body and mind desire.  Uluru & I invite you to practice yoga on & off the mat to align your body, heart and mind to work together to put steadiness and vibrant joy in your journey.

  • 1:00-5:45pm - Free Time**
  • 5:00-6:00pm - Yoga Practice
  • 6:30-7:30pm - Dinner as group
  • 7:30pm - social time together or chose to spend time relaxing in your own way
  • Friday, November, 6TH
  • 7:30-8:15am - Join Uluru & I for a morning run
  • 8:30-9:30am - Yoga Practice
  • 9:30-10:30am - Breakfast together
  • 12:00-3:30pm - Join Uluru & I for a guided hike up Rattlesnake Mountain *2 miles with stunning views or an option to hike Mount Morgan 3.5 miles an intermediate to tough climb with equally rewarding views at the summit
  • *Please plan to bring a lunch in your backpack, a water bottle, clothing suitable for hiking in fall weather** please inquire for further details if needed

  • **Free time is your time to create the experience that excites you most! You may find yourself simply wanting to unwind with 'that' book you've been wanting to read for months, journaling, exploring downtown Meredith's shops, restaurants & attractions, going for a walk in nature, riding your bike* (bikes are not available for rental so you would need to bring one with you), making time for meditation, taking a nap or engaging in the activities that bring you a calm sense of joy.
