Joint Care Clinic is perfect for all practitioners seeking strength and flexibility in the neck, shoulders, wrists, hands, upper back, and chest. Since synovial fluid is released from the joint capsule with movement, modified exercise is necessary to maintain joint health and to potentially lesson scar tissue. Where instability is concerned, expect to strengthen around the joint and to improve balance and posture. Use yogic techniques to empower you in the healing process under the care of an expert therapeutic instructor.
