With teacher Donna Davidge, whom has lived & taught Yoga for more than 30 years in NYC, and with Katahdin, Maine’s highest mountain as your backdrop, you will enjoy a series of Kundalini, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Classes appropriate for all levels. Break down fear barriers and find your adventurous side with various outdoor activities such as cross country skiing the beautiful North Maine Woods or guided hikes to special land features with new friends. Relax by the fire in your premium plush cabin or enjoy a painting class in the recreation hall. The possibilities are endless when you open yourself up to new ideas. Retreat Schedule

Day 1: April 1, 2016

* Check In

* Welcome Reception with catered hors d’oeuvres, infused water, and herbal hot tea

* Learn or fine-tune the basics with an Intro to Meditation and Intro to Yoga workshop or take in your space and settle in

* Detox in the sauna, set your intention for the weekend and then off to bed

Day2: April 2, 2016

* Wake refreshed, stretch, grab a provided snack and prepare for Meditation and Yoga Class.

* Enjoy a hearty and catered nutritious brunch by beautiful Mt. Katahdin

* Learn a new life skill with a Cross Country Ski Lesson

* Go on a Ski adventure into the Northern Maine Woods to a beautiful overlook of Mt. Katahdin. (Photo Op)

* Stretch out and relax after a nice day on the trails with a 2 hour yoga and meditation session or feel free to use the sauna or relax by the fire with your journal or a good book.

* Take some free time to reflect and refresh before dinner.

* Nourish, Appreciate & Applaud yourself while joining new friends for a catered family style dinner at our on site restaurant, The River Drivers.

* After dinner, enjoy an outdoor bonfire with friends, relax in the sauna or take some alone time and turn in for the evening.

Day3: April 3, 2016

*Wake with a new found energy for higher aspirations, grab a provided snack and prepare for Meditation and Yoga class.

* Enjoy an energizing and catered nutritious brunch and share memories with new friends.

* Post Brunch Skiing Adventure

* Salute the sunset and yourself with a relaxing two hour yoga and meditation session.

* Congratulate and Reward yourself for your new feats, new friends, and new lessons, with a family style dinner fully catered by River Driver’s Restaurant Chef’s.

Day 4: April 4, 2016

* Awake smiling, refreshed and ready for your yoga and meditation session.

* Share memories at the Farewell Brunch catered by the River Driver’s Restaurant.

Some items that you will need:

-We are a semi-remote location roughly 10miles to the closest store. Although, we do have a full restaurant on site, make sure you pick up some of your favorite breakfast and day snacks and other items that make you comfortable on your way and before checking in.

-Bring a towel, your yoga mat, and any blocks that you may need. (We have complimentary mats! Please reserve at time of booking)

-Comfortable clothes for cool and warm weather.
